Step 2 - Your Home's Market Value
We'll need to assess your home's worth by determining its market value. Simply relying on internet websites and other online tools to determine your home's value will not work. Distinct variables such as unique features, location, market demand, size and recent comparable sales need to be factored into a FREE comparative market analysis that your real estate agent will do for you and determine a competitive listing price that will attract qualified buyers and drive maximum interest to your property.

Integrity and Transparancy are critical in this early stage and we want you to feel comfortable and confident in us. A listing agreement gives us authorization to handle the advertising and sale of your home. It also covers the detailed terms of our agreement.

Step 4 - Getting Ready
Most buyers notice curb appeal and your home needs to shine inside and out before putting it on the market. We'll work with you and strategize with our network of suitable vendors to ensure whatever necessary improvements, photography and videography are scheduled. All professional photography and videography are paid for by your Real Estate Agent / Realtor. First impressions count and you only get one chance!
